“I would stay here again!!! My experience was an overall great one. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. So you'll know, this is a pet-friendly hotel or at least it was when I was there. My room neighbor had two gorgeous dogs that were very friendly and obedient. The only time I heard them bark was when they needed to go outside. That's a credit to the dog owners however, it reflects on the hotel as well. Again if I have to be within that area of Charlotte, I would definitely stay here again.”

He was the best plumber I’ve used! Frank was courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and replaced the water heater with a smile on his face.
