Absolutely love my new place. From day 1 the staff, especially Darcene, has been responsive, thorough, and super helpful.

The amenities are really nice and no dated equipment in the gym. The community is quiet and well kept, my only draw back is not being able to buzz guest into the building and having to physically leave the apartment to greet guests.

I see a lot of negative reviews about the property, However, fortunately I have not shared those experiences.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Leasing Agent, Alex Covington at 8 Metro Station for a job well done. His customer service and attention to details are outstanding! I came to town to assist my son with securing a one bedroom apartment and mission was accomplished. I want to publicly thank Alex his professionalism and taking great care of us in polite and most expeditious manner! I visited several places in the area on Friday, Feb. 11 and none represented as Alex did for 8 Metro Station. I immediately returned to your property, not only because your rates and amenities were competitive, but your customer service far exceeded other leasing offices! Keep up the great work!
