  Our organization recently contracted with Simile for our copier and printer leases and ongoing maintenance. They provide excellent customer service and follow-up in a very timely manner to all our requests. All of the staff are very professional and pleasant to deal with.

  I have used Simile for the last 13 years and have always been extremely happy with their customer service and sales team. They have always been responsive to finding solutions for our growing law office to make us more efficient and keeping our printing costs down. The Kyocera machines are reliable and very easy to use and train employees. I would highly recommend their services to any growing business.

They have depth of knowledge in the products that they sell; they listen and observe and recommend solutions that are right for you and your organization. They are reliable and responsive. When you have a problem they take ownership until it is resolved. Working with Simile for more than 4 years has been a pleasure and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  Simile Imaging has been providing us with great support and printing services for quite a while now and I can say nothing but good things about their services. They are always available with prompt responses from a very knowledgeable staff. We use their Kyocera printers for our robust printing needs which includes integrating it with other 3rd party software/hardware.   I am writing this review to HIGHLY recommend Simile Imaging Solutions and Patrick who is the Service Manager. We have a Kyocera TA-3050ci copy machine and we are very pleased with the numerous capabilities of this model. We run a very fast paced Manufacturers Rep office and the quality of color copies, processing speeds, etc. of this model Kyocera fits us perfectly. Patrick is a technical genius in my opinion, can install and set up any of the copy machines in their line to any company's network in record speed. They have remote service as well, so if you are experiencing any issues your service can be handled most of the time in a matter of minutes! Our office cannot experience down times and since doing business with Simile Imaging Solutions, we haven't had any! This is by far the best machine and definitely the best service I have experienced in all the 30 years I have been in the professional work force! If you are shopping for a copier or service person...don't waste your time calling around and waiting for someone to call you back! Call Simile Imaging, you will not be disappointed!!
