As a Wellness practitioner myself, I know how important self-care is to overall health and vitality. I thought originally that I had experienced MFR during a massage appointment a few years prior, but boy was I WRONG!
Having to wear a mask for hours at a time as a healthcare worker during this COVID time had created so much tension and stress in my shoulders and neck that I was struggling to work - Elizabeth's expertise in MFR and philosophy of "MFR Should not Hurt" helped to facilitate not only a gentle and fascinating physical release in my body, but also more importantly an awareness, release and resolution to the emotions that were behind the tension.
After a few sessions with Elizabeth I am free flowing and flexible again! I look forward to continuing my self-care with Elizabeth and highly reccomend her.

After years of deep tissue/traditional massages to help relieve pain and tension left over from competitive sports, a physically demanding job, and suppressing my emotional health, I needed a new solution. Instantly after meeting Elizabeth, I could feel her warm, healing spirit. I love her little reminders to stay present during our session as I have a tendency to drift to my to do list. With her help, I have been able to focus in and soften in different areas of my body to release the tension, constrictions, and pain that were there. Her movements and stretching are gentle and calm, but so effective. It’s so relaxing that I’m always amazed when I’m sore afterwards. She is very intuitive and skilled at what she does.
