Architech Sports and Physical Therapy

This is great place to bring you back to healthy normal life! After my ACL surgery I went to many recovery practices, but Architects Sports and Physical Therapy was the best place! Dr.Adam and Jason were extremely professional and supportive, super friendly and deeply going through everything with my injury! After a few years from my therapy with them, I fully recovered and feel healthy and normal! Highly recommend!

Jenna Evans is beyond amazing 🤩 My daughter is a pre-pro at Charlotte Ballet and has been recovering from from a frayed hip labrum and a few normal overuse injuries. Jenna was referred to us and highly recommended by David Popoli who specializes in physical medicine for dancers at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Jenna has been an integral part of my daughter’s healing so that we could avoid her having to go through hip surgery. In addition she is extremely aware of the demands on a dancers body and has been proactive in preventive treatments and stabilization to avoid additional dance related injuries. I wish I could give higher than a 5 star review because her passion and dedication to helping my daughter heal along with maximizing her performance in dance certainty is superior! As a ballet teacher myself for over 25 years I have worked with many physical therapists and Jenna Evans so by far the best I have had the honor to work with. If you have an injury and need help getting back to activities you love or simply want to be the best athlete and increase stability for injury prevention then Jenna is the answer!

I was referred to Architech by my podiatrist for chronic plantar fasciitis. I’ve been working with Adam for several weeks and can’t say enough about his professionalism and overall approach. We’ve been working on a detailed plan and I am definitely getting stronger and my pain is improving. I highly recommend this practice.
