“Great experience, I've been looking for an African American dermatologist which has been a little difficult in Charlotte if you want an appointment that's less than 6 months away but I digress. I was able to get an appointment with Dr Chambers pretty quickly, she is a new doctor to the practice but has a lot of experience. She and her team are really nice and attentive. She really listens and asks a lot of questions to understand so she can prescribe the right medicine to fix the issue. I went to another dermatologist before coming to Dr Chambers and was not diagnosed correctly for a discolored spot on my face and Dr Chambers was able to correct diagnose and prescribed me medicine that cleared the spot almost immediately. My appointments are always prompt and quick and the treatment is affordable. I would recommend Dr Chambers to anyone for any dermatology issues.”

As background, I’ve had 4 heart surgeries since 1994– so I’m fairly experienced with cardiology visits. The office visit with Dr Browne was relaxed, thorough and not at all rushed-and every question was answered in great detail. Dr. Browne was in the room during my echocardiogram explaining in real time every measurement and function of my heart. No doctor had ever done this for me in my previous dozens of echocardiograms. “Wow! Above and beyond. The nail tech that assisted me took his time with me. I also had no wait time, he finished with a client and called me immediately. He didn't even take a break which I felt a little bad for. I had a gel full set with coffin shape and it all cost me $40. Everywhere you go that is way more expensive. I asked him to make them as thin as possible and he made sure I was comfortable with them. Now I've never had nails this long before and I am struggling to do anything but that's my fault LOL.
