Even though they weren't able to purchase my items, the two gentlemen were very polite, inquisitive, and genuinely caring. Most people don't meet businessmen like that everyday. It really brightened my day. Best pawn shop I've ever been to! Highly recommend

She's quite rude and short with people, and likes to hangup on customers when they call to make a payment on their loans. Other than that, would recommend South Charlotte Jewelry and Loan to anyone looking for a decent pawn shop. Mike and Chris actually care about you and your belongings you come to pawn!
