The Villages Apartments

My husband and I needed to find an apartment complex in less than 2 weeks, and the villages were the first and last apartment we looked at. We were immediately drawn in by the staff and beauty of the area! We have lived here for almost 3 weeks, and I feel safe and clean. The apartments are very simple, but we are first time renters and this was a perfect setup for us. It has everything we needed.

Special shoutout to Pernease for helping us with the move-in process! She answered all of my questions and explained everything in a way that helped us understand the ins and outs of moving.

Another special shoutout to Ray, one of the maintenance techs, who very quickly came to our rescue at 10:30 pm when our toilet stopped working! He fixed it in no time and had an amazing personality!

I love the Villages Apartments! I live there now and I also lived there 25+ years ago. It is in a great location near I-77 and 485 just off South Blvd. Easy access to the train to downtown Charlotte. Close to shopping but also in a quiet neighborhood and near walking paths. Penny (the manager) and her staff are fantastic! They are always there to make my living experience comfortable and happy. I love the screened in porch and so does my indoor cat. He is so happy to go out on the porch anytime he wants. I even get a small roll of sod (grass) every couple weeks to put out there on plastic trays so he can experience outdoor life. I am happy he is safe and not roaming the neighborhood. I love that Penny is always thinking of great ways to make the community and residents lives better. That means a great deal to me and all of the residents. Thanks Penny!

I would like to thank you for the opportunity of touring your property yesterday.The leasing office was very welcoming. That speaks volumes when deciding on a place to live. Pernease was very professional and so polite. She was patient while allowing us to check out every room and answered all of my questions. She also offered us snacks and drinks during our time there, which was super sweet of her. The model home decor was immaculate!! I will definitely recommend The Villages Apartments to anyone who’s in need of a new place to call home. Blessings!

I have lived at the Villages apartment's for four years Penny, the manager and entire team are great 👍. This complex is safe and very clean. Maintenance does an excellent job. If I are looking for a great place to stay, I would choose the Villages of apartments. Staff is very knowledgeable and kind. This is a wonderful place to live...

Penny the property manager is so sweet and inviting she and the screen in porch are what so me love the neighbor so far!!!!
