I have been going to Charlotte Dental Arts for about 6 years. It is always a pleasant experience. Everyone is friendly and professional, and I always leave there with a smile on my face!

This is a top notch dental service. Very caring and friendly people. Gentle teeth cleaning and Dr. Porter is the best.

let's just say i waited way too long to take care of my issue, in the first time in 4 months living right across the street from his office. This office treated me with care and respect, and get this it was fast, like a double surgical extraction and now that i can see I'm safe with a scab omg

After not having been to a dentist in a while due to lack of insurance and the Covid 19 pandemic, and learning my regular dentist had moved out of the area. I called multiple offices to set up a "new patient" visit only to be told the average wait was between 30-45 days. To my surprise when I called Charlotte Dental Arts I was given the option of a next day appointment AND they offered an "In house wellness plan" that is very affordable (which I signed up for). I was quite anxious and frankly a little worried that I had waited too long as I walked in the door, but was greeted with smiling faces and kind words which put me at ease very quickly.

After the initial exam and plenty of x-rays I was given a thorough explanation of my treatment plan and offered a same day appointment to get started which I gratefully accepted. To date I have had a complete Deep cleaning and a permanent crown that was actually made IN HOUSE.

The level of professionalism and attention to patient comfort will keep me coming back to Charlotte Dental Arts for as long as I can.

Dr. Porter and his team are AMAZING! I was extremely anxious about coming in just for the consultation but Dr. Porter made me feel at ease the minute he walked into the room. You can definitely tell that he cares about his patients. The Dental Techs are amazingly friendly.
