My wife and I worked with Jimmy to purchase our new house and then to sell our old house. Jimmy held our hands through the negotiation process for the new house and was very helpful in giving us direction. We got the house for a fair price and are very happy. When it came to selling our old house Jimmy kept us focused and didn't let us panic and drop the price unnecessarily. Even if Jimmy didn't know off the top of his head the answer to one of our one million questions, which was rare, he researched it and got back to us very quickly with an answer.
