Prior to the sale, Rona was project manager for many improvements to the home including painting, carpeting, bathroom renovations, etc. and was extremely diligent in ensuring all work was done professionally, timely, and within a tight budget. Working alongside Rona Chen and Monarch Homes to purchase my first home, was a great experience. I am a first time home buyer so making the largest financial investment decision of my lifetime was very intimidating. I reached out to Rona for help and she was able to ease my nerves. I found a home that I loved and proceeded with getting an inspection. The inspection company misquoted my inspection fee(lower than their usually fee) but Rona advocated for me and was able to get the company to honor what was quoted to me. When the the inspection came back Rona had some concerns about some of the items on the report and although the seller was selling the home “as is” Rona again advocated for me. She strategically and relentlessly negotiated to find leverage against the sellers during our due diligence process which increased my seller paid closing costs and once again helped me save money.
