This is second time my family has used this location, both times we have had excellent service. I spent very little time dropping off and picking up car, the whole process was easy. The lady at the front had a great attitude and was just fun to talk too. The work on my car came out perfect.

Had extensive damage on the passenger side of my car. The customer service was great along with the quality of work. Hats off to Megan who did a fantastic job of keeping us informed throughout the course of the repairs and thank you to Ty at the desk for being so helpful and pleasant as well.

I've never wanted to leave a review so fast in my life!! This is hands down the BEST experience I've ever had having to do with my car. I was involved in a fender bender and had to turn my car in to get it fixed, and was able to get a rental car from the Enterprise at the same location (VERY convenient)! Right from the jump, the service was excellent; front desk staff were very nice. While my car was being serviced, I loved how I received text updates about my car. And let's talk about how CLEAN my car was when I got it back. My car looked like it was coming out of a car dealership because of how clean and shiny it was! I My car was in on Monday and out on Friday, very fast service. I would also like to say thanks to Frank for being so nice and being very communicative about my car. And also shoutout to Ty, he did an awesome job as well! Overall, my experience here was so fantastic, I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and everybody! Thanks Caliber Collision! ❤️

Completely satisfied by this team’s work. They were very open about their process and kept me updated consistently. I very much appreciate their transparency and open communication. When I got my car back, it was left in pristine condition and I am pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness myself. No dirt, oil, grease of any sort was left behind in my car and I’m pretty positive it was washed as well. I appreciate their amazing work. Was honestly surprised at how easy the whole ordeal went.
