I always love practicing at YOD! The teachers are top notch, the space is clean and beautiful and they abide by the strictest standards concerning COVID!

I went to this cute studio while on vacation and absolutely loved my experience. The instructors and management are knowledgeable and super friendly. The “power flow” class is fast paced and a great workout, so come ready to sweat!

Yes and amen. Studio is perfect for all levels of yoga and the infrared heat is just right. Some studios crank it up so that I feel like I'm standing on the equator. No, thank you. This is the right kind of heat at the right temperature so that it helps my practice.

Today was my first time participating in a yoga class and was always to intimated to try yoga because I was "not flexible." However, my first experience was truly wonderful and the instructor helped me to modify when needed and was very supportive. The ambiance was soothing and I left feeling positively renewed. I look forward to regularly participating when I return from my travels!!

My first in-studio yoga experience was with Yoga on Davidson and now I'm hooked! The teachers were very helpful and encouraging, and I really enjoyed the warmth in the room. I'm excited to make yoga here part of my weekly routine!
