I just wish they carried the long and tall in the store.

I went to this salon for the first time today and was really pleased! the stylist (Megz) who did my cut was friendly and eager to help me find my perfect style. It has a relaxed yet classy atmostphere and every employee I spoke to was super kind!

I needed a haircut when passing through town and was recommended Hotsy Totsy. Great service, clean facility, friendly staff. I had Tyler, who was did a stellar job my hair despite my paltry directions. If you need a clean cut and some good conversation for a great price, this is the place.

Maddy did such a great job coloring my hair! She listened to what I wanted - blending grey so I only have to come in every six months or so - and did better than any colorist I've ever been to. And it was cheaper than Aveda 🙂

What a great salon! It's beautiful, clean, friendly, with knowledgeable, talented stylists. Customers of all age levels can feel comfortable and welcome here!

Rachel did an amazing job! I hadn’t had my hair trimmed in over a year and hadn’t had a professional styling in much longer but she gave me a splendid cut.
The salon itself is cozy, comfortable, and clean with a small products section in the front, but they don’t try to force you to buy them. The care taken with my hair and comfort with the cut was well worth the asking price.
I 100% recommend them if you’re looking for a nice, quiet, professional cut that won’t cost a fortune from friendly and skilled stylists.

I had a return to do because I received someone else's online order with my mailing information on package. They did an excellent job getting the order reordered and expedited! Even though it took her an hour to finally get someone from customer service on the phone and get it straightened out,, she was patient and kept me informed. She did an amazing job and was the epitome of customer service. I have often bought things in this store and will continue to do so and recommend it!

I love this store. They have really good sales and they have high quality clothing. Also, their jeans are my absolute favorite! If you are looking for longer lengths, check online.

Ann Taylor loft is my favorite store. I am 38 and have 2 young kids but I still want to wear fun items that are comfortable. Every outfit I have ever purchased from Loft has received numerous compliments! You can always score a good deal as this particular store as an awesome sale selection.
