The maintenance man compared to last year maintenance person was very informative, quick, and percise in getting the repairs I needed to get done in my apartment. I am so glad we have new maintenance people that know what they’re doing instead of guessing what needs to be done.

My family and I enjoy living here. We feel safe and if there is anything we need repair or any questions we may have maintenance and the front office is always available when we call.

Carol & Joanna are very sweet and attentive to the tenants and the property. I been a tenant here for over 2 yrs and i can say i am happy and they are caring about the tenants and quick to respond with any issues or concerns you may have. Thank you Parkview Apts.

Was unbelievable here for the short tenure while I was with the LA Rams, Rich is a great man who helps and truly cares about the people that are interested in looking at Parkview. Once you become a resident it’s like being part of a family. It’s a gated complex, and is always clean and updated well by a maintenance team. The rooms itself are cozy and perfect size for being an LA resident. I just absolutely loved staying here and wouldn’t look elsewhere. Very thankful for my time here, it was such a blessing!
