“I’ve been so many issues ordering online to pick up in store, which is no one’s fault that the systems been messed up. I went in today to get the body scrubs I’ve been trying to get instead of trying online and turns out online said some stuff was in stock, when actually they haven’t had it in forever. I just want to thank Nancy for taking the time to check the back to see if they had 2 of the ones I wanted and to show scents similar to the one that wasn’t available. I was really appreciative of all the help she gave me after a really frustrating time!”
