I'm sure during covid they were overwhelmed and it's hard to give your best service under those conditions so I'm sure that was the reason for the bad reviews. . I was in excruciating pain and needed an EKG. To my surprise everyone was wonderful! I forget the NP last name but her first name is Jamie. She was great. Very understanding and kind. EKG was good and we discussed medication to help. The next day all the pain was gone. I am so thankful for Jamie And the staff there.
