Hi, here is my feedback on Nucastle Roofing. Overall great job. Sales team very helpful working with insurance and taking care of the local city requirements. The job was started and completed in one day and the crew did a very good job on the clean up. I would recommend Nucastle as a professional and reliable team.

After replacing my hurricane destroyed roof, we noticed that water was leaking into our bedroom. I informed Brandon Whaley of Nucastle Roofing and he immediately came over with his technician and they tried to seal the leaking problem. It didn't work the first time but eventually Brandon took it upon himself to locate the source of the leak and repaired it. The entire bedroom ceiling was painted. My family truly appreciate his efforts to go beyond his job. I highly recommend him and his company

Picking a company to replace gutters isn’t always easy but Nucastle made the experience easy and stress free. Kenny provided great communication from start to finish and always checked in to make sure we were satisfied during the process. José and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our gutters, installing gutter guards, and replaced damaged siding in a quick and efficient manner. Wouldn’t hesitate to choose this company again.

I can't begin to express how pleased I am with my new roof! Nucastle Roofing is a top notch business and specifically speaking Brandon was an absolute joy to work with. He was professional, very knowledgeable and provided me with a first class customer service experience from beginning to end. His crew was on time, polite and did a fantastic job both replacing my roof and in cleaning up. I always thought the roofing business was shady however I can't tell you how comfortable I was making this investment in my home. Why can't everything be this easy?
