  I highly recommend Dr. Amy for your physical therapy needs! She helped me through sciatic nerve issues and now through Achilles pain. Dr. Amy is extremely knowledgeable and is constantly finding new ways to add value to her practice. She makes you feel comfortable during your sessions by explaining the process in a way you can understand. Thanks to her I did not have to hit pause on me workouts. Dr. Amy is the best!

  Dr. Amy is amazing! I have completed two video telehealth sessions with her, where she was able to diagnose my issue within minutes and provide exercises to help alleviate pain. She provides thorough explanation and demonstration of exercises. I was having extreme difficulty with sleeping due to hip pain, and after one session with Dr. Amy, I had the best night sleep. Definitely give her a call!

  I was referred to Dr. Amy by a friend and she is amazing! I originally injured my shoulder but Dr. Amy quickly realized that this was not the actual place that was bothering me, just a symptom.
  
  For someone with fibromyalgia, physical therapy has made a world of difference in my well being!
  
  Dr. Amy truly cares about her patients! She always make sure to give me some exercises before or after my appointment, as well as checks up on me after! Thank you so much for the care and dedication you have to helping others, it does not go unnoticed!

  Amy and I have been working out together for 4+ years which has been a very productive experience, since I have had 2 rotator cuff surgeries. Her eye for detail on body positioning as well as approach to rehab to include dry needling has helped me to gain strength in a very slow and methodical manner. As a Master’s athlete it is important to be patient with your rehab so you don’t Injure yourself throughout the process. You can count on Amy to keep you focused on this very important concept. I highly recommend her for your Physical Therapy needs.

  Amy really is one of the best PTs out there! She is so easy to talk to, she’s patient and listens to everything you say. She’s very knowledgeable and always explains everything she’s doing. I love especially how seriously she takes everything I tell her about how I’m feeling. I have had 3 injuries so far and she has helped me both physically and mentally to cope with every one. I was never a fan of needling until Amy! Now I call it the ‘miracle cure’. I’ve even started taking my 16 years old son who’s a tennis player to see Amy got pulled groin muscles and shoulder pain. She gave him stretching exercises to do and now he is pain free;) I’m also lucky enough to see her every day since her office is at my gym:)
