(March 31, 2021, 3:35 pm)Purchased a new mattress today and had a great experience. Didn’t feel pressured or rushed. Travis helped us, he was friendly, patient and knowledgeable and helped us make a great decision. We got a really good deal on a great mattress.
(January 11, 2021, 4:50 pm)After researching multiple mattress vendors including MF. I had made my decision to purchase (2 queen, 1 king) 3 mattresses from another vendor and a king adjustable base. I stopped in Mattress Firm store 11523 Carolina Place parkway for one last look with no intention to purchase at that store. Until I spoke with James Petitgout. James is very knowledgeable and has exceptional customer service skills. James educated me further and put together a package which more than met my needs. With NO sales pressure, I ended up purchasing everything from James. I am very critical of the US customer service and I would like to complement James on making this purchase one of the most informative and pleasant experiences. Strongly suggest looking him up for any mattress needs.

We were looking for something very specific and he helped us find what we needed, get a great price and let us know all of our buying options.
