  This place was recommended by my friend cause I was looking for something healthy and delicious. I have to say I’m in love with the Chicken and RightRice minus the feta cheese lol and added avocado. I will definitely be back to try the other items on the menu.

  We were a group of 5 went to get our dinner during late ours, the staff was super friendly and food was super delicious especially lamb. The best part was the free drinks. Amazing place, will repeat

  OUTSTANDING!!! THE FRESHEST MOST TASTY FOOD I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME. THE SPICY LAMB AND GARLIC DRESSING IS WOW!!! I WAS FULL WITHOUT FEELING GUILTY BECAUSE IT'S ALL SO HEALTHY AND REFRESHING. MY NEW HOT SPOT!!

  Great little facility, no contracts required. Management at this specific location is the reason for the 5 star review. Super friendly people to work with and plenty of classes are offered as well!

  Great local, family-owned gym.
  Everyone, from the staff to the patrons are friendly, open and willing to help with a spot or smile.
  All the equipment is well-maintained, clean and always put away.
  What's really cool about the patrons is that everyone understands that they need to use the spray disinfectant on the equipment that they've finished using to keep everyone healthy.
  The gym is open 24/7 with a key card lock for security.

  Clean, safe, never too busy. Good machinery, but lacking benches for bench press or a true squat rack
