All five stars go to Chris and his amazing service today. He got us moved to Verizon with no hassles. He was also so quick and knowledgeable with getting our new phones set up and ready to go. Thanks so much Chris!
Thankful this store is still open and very helpful during these times. I had an appointment at the arboretum store, when i arrived they rudely told me that they were closed and locked the door in my face. The Waverly store was accommodating and made me feel self with the cleanliness and safety measures.
Go see Taylor! Great guy, straight shooter! Treated me like I was spending a ton of money, when I was only adding a line and using an old 6. No pressure, super relaxed. Just excellent customer service in every way! Grateful for the kind experience in such tough times. Awesome attitude, will be back to give him more business!
Chris at the Waverly store was extremely helpful getting my mom added to our plan. He took into account our budget and made sure we the best trade in deal! I will definitely be going back when we need assistance in the future.

I am writing on behalf of Ben, who works at the Verizon Providence Rd store. I cannot even begin to tell you how incredible Ben was in helping me with a very difficult set-up/transfer of service, involving an existing Verizon account, and an AT & T account. This was a tricky transaction, as we were merging 6 lines, with 5 of us getting new phones too! Right from the start, Ben was very helpful and extremely well versed in all of the Verizon products, services and promotions. He helped me understand all of the costs involved (both new billing and upfront costs) and made the process of upgrading phones (including credits for each phone) super easy. The day after I initially started the process, I brought my husband and 2 boys in to the store to 'surprise' them with their new phones. Ben was extremely patient with us and made sure all of the info on our old phones transferred to the new ones before we left the store. We still have our daughter's phone to complete when she gets home from college, and Ben is ready and willing to help with hers. If you visit this Verizon store, I would highly recommend you ask for Ben.....he will NOT disappoint! I also feel fortunate that I now have a reliable contact point for any future Verizon questions I have....:)
