Sharon Klein was very knowledgeable and professional in serving me to select and fit a set of new hearing aides., and even after my being 20 minutes late for the appointment.
And assistant Susan Hamilton was an angel in helping me over phone to find the office in Matthews, even going out to her car and driving to where i was lost nearby and leading me to the office.

Cannot say enough good things about Sue and Sharon at Beltone in Matthews. They went out of their way to assist a family member with many physical challenges besides hearing loss. They are helpful, knowledgeable and effective, AND extraordinarily kind as well.

Sharon and Sue are GREAT! I absolutely love seeing them! They are both very nice and personable. Sue always greats me and my grandparents with a smile and Sharon is always so patient with them. If you are thinking about coming definitely make the move and choose this location!

I needed to get some answers about my hearing so I visited Beltone Hearing Center in Matthews, N. C. The staff seemed to really care about my concerns and the technician, Sharon Klein explained everything in a way that I understood. I accepted the hearing aids the technician recommended, and so far I’m satisfied with that decision. I get follow up appointments, where I can raise concerns about the workings of the hearing aids and the technician always makes adjustments so the hearing aids are more comfortable for me. I currently have pending appointments. I recommend Beltone at Matthews, NC.

This was the most thorough and informative hearing test I have ever had and Sharon's attention to detail and or explaining everything so that we could understand was second to none. And I have had a few audiologist thus far. I definitely like her the best !
