“Absolutely incredible experience soup to nuts. The information gathering/booking process with Jammi to book wakeboarding lessons was very simple and she was even able to get us in for an extra hour. We were paired up with Daryl who upon initial contact, you knew he lived and breathed these sports. Having never done it, Daryl was so kind and knowledgeable with how he broke down all aspects of getting up, being up, being stable, and learning how to ride with the tow rope. I got up instantly from being so comfortable pre-water and taught to perfection. My partner has been wakeboarding before and went after me to get a refresher and she killed it. At the end I asked if I could try to wake surfing since I had picked it up fairly quickly and he swapped things out and got me out there. Was so much fun on the water. We will definitely be back and will be purchasing a wakeboard to keep up with it back home in the DC area.”

“Just had the best pharmacy experience here I’ve ever had. Typically it’s not terrible but it’s definitely not great. Rarely get a greeting or smile. Which is fine, the world right now sucks I struggle to be positive and give my customers a good experience and I’m not a pharmacist. Today I pulled into the drive through. There was no one in front of me. I press the button. Expect to wait 5 or so mins before someone says “what’s the name”. I was pleasantly surprised someone came over actually greeted me, got my name and told me they were checking an inside person out and then would grab my order. Being acknowledged, knowing they see you and an update seems simple but in my years of coming here it’s. Not. She was polite, actually friendly and fantastic. In no way would I say anyone else I’ve encountered is rude or horrible. But her friendliness was a very nice surprise. I asked her name. Forgive me if I’m spelling it wrong. Amara. She deserves acknowledgement for great customer service”

“Before calling Lake Norman Hyundai I had went to three other Hyundai dealerships in Charlotte and surrounding areas. All I received from them where broken promises, poor communication, wasted time, and most of all at one location before I went (Fort Mill Hyundai) I spoke with one of the so called managers who assured me he had what I was looking for. He even sent me pictures. So after work on a busy Monday I drove to Fort Mill Hyundai from Mint-Hill area in Charlotte which is not close only to get the and find out he was a liar. Thank GOD for my sales rep Richard Marsh who was awesome and understood the assignment and I’m happy to let any and everyone know about both experiences the bad ones with the charlotte and Fort Mill locations and the greatest one with Richard Marsh and the team in Lake Norman. I even met with the owner Cam to make sure he knew what happened and how Richard restored my trust and confidence in at least one Hyundai dealership near me.
