(December 10, 2021, 10:17 am)I made a phone call to make sure I could purchase this ornament online and pick it up later that day or the following morning and the gentleman I spoke to over the phone was able to arrange that for me. Customer service was great! The ornament itself is beautiful and packaged really well for transportation. It is a gift but I’ll be purchasing one for myself now!
