Great kitchen food; bathrooms are usually pretty clean; fair prices; food, snacks, and drinks for everyone; lots of camping, fishing, panning, and even hunting supplies! Staff is always fun to interact with, too.
(May 9, 2023, 8:49 pm)5 stars all around, except for the prices are a tad higher than the surrounding businesses. This, however, is just the nature of the beast anywhere you go that has a high, or slightly higher, gathering. Has a lot of different products and the hot bar is good. Pretty much everything you need for hiking/camping/crawling.
(March 1, 2023, 9:19 am)I love this little shop. It's a one stop shop if you are playing outdoors. The food they cook is delicious! So don't go in hungry 😉 I only give it 4 stars because hours can be tricky, not every staff member is as nice as the others (some are super helpful especially if you are new to the area), and pricing on some things is really high while some items are very reasonable. All in all when you are out in Uwharrie, this is definitely a place to know about.
