The staff at Fitch were so incredibly helpful when I found myself having to replace all the door locks to my house. Not only did they help me explain how to get the locks out, they expedited the new key making process when they saw how stressed I was. Love this place.

We've used Fitch for several projects in our remodel: first, interior doors (made it easy!) and now exterior door replacements. Bill is huge resource for us and made the entire experience as seamless as possible. Door orders are very detail oriented, and Bill was incredibly helpful through out every step and was patient with us in making sure the order was complete and correct. He kept us informed and also made sure we had literally everything we needed for a successful project. The results were outstanding (house looks great and the doors are beautiful!), and the delivery/install was painless . Already on to the next project we will source from them.

I purchased a few beautiful Marvin windows and patio doors from Fitch and they offered incredible service throughout the entire process. Bill helped me with a dozen iterations on my dimensions and order. Not only was the service great, but this is the reason why you order from a family-owned local business: When I had a small issue with the doors (not Fitch's fault), one of the co-owners (Fitch family member) **came to my house** and helped me to figure out how to make it right. A++ experience.

We've been shopping at Fitch Lumber since we moved to Chapel Hill in 1975 and have always been satisfied customers -- top quality goods and excellent service. In 2020 we replaced our deck, purchasing the materials at Fitch Lumber. The finished project is outstanding, and visitors always comment on the gorgeous, functional metal and cable railing. When we needed to replace a door, of course, we started at Fitch Lumber. Bill Bohuslaw educated us on what we needed to know about outside door replacement, ensured we got exactly the materials we needed, provided us with a list of installers, and arranged delivery. When the door was installed this week, everything the installer needed was here, and he was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. This saved us a significant amount of money. Clearly, we will be repeat customers at Fitch Lumber.

Adam and the woodshop workers in the back of the warehouse did amazing job not only for my countertops for for the center Island with redwood and their life edges what a beautiful professional job they did in planing and gluing the slabs together the work speaks for itself through these pictures thank you again Adam and Fitch Lumber.
