Nora Yolles Young Hypnotherapy

This was my first hypnotherapy type session I've ever done. I must admit I was skeptical of its effectiveness before meeting Nora. I've dealt with ongoing issues for years now, but since I have started practicing with Nora, many of my problems have subsided. Amazed at the results I have gotten thanks to Nora!

Before working with Nora, I had never tried hypnotherapy. But after years of psychotherapy, I was very interested in deepening my self growth and accessing my subconscious where so much of my childhood trauma and other programming resides. I was also encouraged to try hypnotherapy after reading Bruce Lipton's, "The Biology of Belief." I am so grateful that I discovered Nora. From the very beginning, we clicked. She put me at ease, she took the time to really get to know me and to understand my personal and spiritual goals, and she individualized our sessions to that end. I began noticing immediate changes in my psyche and thus began the course of some major healing. I have also worked with Nora on smoking cessation and participated in her creation, "Who Am I, A Course in Soul Discovery." She is a remarkable human, a true healer, and she has become a special spiritual coach for me.

I have had the pleasure of working with Nora Young for hypnotherapy sessions and receive deep clarity and insights from our time together. Her voice is so soothing and calm and her presence is so loving. It makes going deeper for me as the client so easy and comfortable. Her wealth of knowledge is vast and she pulls from her wide range of training and certifications to fit the client. I could absolutely know without a doubt I was in capable hands!

I have had the pleasure of multiple hypnotherapy sessions with Nora. I consider myself very open to healing modalities that focus more on the mind than the body and Nora’s hypnotherapy abilities are superb. Nora is an empathic listener and has an uncanny ability to quickly focus in on the areas to explore during the sessions. Nora’s possesses the quintessential voice to gently ease the mind and body into the necessary place of relaxation. You know you have reached that “point” in the session when tears naturally flow down your face and your body and mind feel uplifted and weightless. I am a HUGE fan!!
