Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, went above and beyond answering my questions, and great customer service over the phone

My wife and I were in Carrboro 3 weeks ago visiting our son and daughter-in-law. My wife broke her leg, i.e. fibula, the 2nd day during our visit, while bicycling around the UNC campus. She was prescribed pain medication that I ordered from this Walgreens pharmacy. Since she was not that mobile I went to Walgreens to pick up her medication. I was treated EXTREMELY WELL by Kyle and the other pharmacy technicians! They all exhibited the very best qualities of professionalism! I cannot for the life of me why anyone would review these professionals any othe way. Thank you Kyle and all the other technicians for your very professional service!

The store is a bit dated, but I'd give the pharmacy 5 stars. Kyle (I think that's his name) has been extremely helpful and professional, and the other staff have been great.

Store is a bit sparse and outdated on the inside. The pharmacy folks are always friendly and kind anytime I run in to pick up my Rx. I called with a complicated question about my insurance/pharmacy benefits and the pharmacy staff member who helped me was patient and helpful - wish I’d gotten her name.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for quite awhile now and every time I come in the pharmacist and the techs are all nice and I always get a great customer experience. They’re fast too. Thanks Walgreens pharmacy Carrboro!
