At 61, I was having balance problems. I felt unsteady walking on uneven surfaces outdoors and unsafe walking down steep steps. Katie developed a program of exercises and techniques to improve my balance and proprioception. She was very attentive to detail with training me in the correct techniques. Her program has helped tremendously, and I feel much more confident engaging in physical activity to maintain my fitness.

Katie is a careful, thorough, kind, and insightful physical therapist, and I credit her for my full recovery to mobility, flexibility and strength after joint surgery. After going to a standard PT, I realized that I wasn't getting the instruction that is crucial to correct movement and joint function. Katie's sessions were a breath of fresh air, and I learned so much while recovering. She's also just a pleasure to be around. I could not recommend Therapeutic Pilates highly enough. If only we could all have a Katie in our lives!

I am an 81-year-old woman living in Southern Village near Katie's studio. I decided to try one session just to see if it was for me. After that initial session, I signed up for a series. I noticed almost immediately a change in my ease of movement, better balance and posture. Katie is "the best."
