“Such a wonderful experience was to be here. We came from Italy and the apartment had everything we needed. The ladies at the office were very useful and helped us through all the moving in process. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We loved the long family walks during the sunsets, and you could go to the school, playgrounds, the supermarket, find restaurants and a café only by foot. We made good memories in that apartment, feeling very comfortable. We were new to the American customs and the guys from maintenance were very kind and professional. Next time we return, we will choose this apartment complex again, without a doubt!”

“Good food, medium service. Getting a table was very chaotic. I think there was something wrong with their electronic system because it seemed like tables were open when they weren’t, so there was confusion with getting people seated. We opted to wait to sit indoors rather than immediately sit outside. The wait was about 40 minutes, which is aligned to what they told us it would be. It’s a text system where they will send you a text when your table is ready. There was a huge selection of food and drinks. I’m gluten free, so it was easy to substitute the corn tortillas for the tacos. They also said the chips were gluten free. The chips and salsa were brought with water right away. The salsa is the best I’ve had in a while. The tacos were very tasty and the rice & beans had surprise beef or something at the bottom. The spices they used were excellent. The classic margarita was good and the mango margarita was good but a little too sweet. Would definitely recommend!”

All of the staff speak Spanish as their primary language, and many were prominent educators in their native countries before coming to the U.S. Their attention to detail, patience, and devotion to the children are evident every single day with every child! In addition, the overall atmosphere at the school is like one big family: many of our dearest friends in town are the other families we met during our time at Mi Escuelita. And finally, Mi Escuelita prepared all 3 of my children for successful transitions to kindergarten. Two are now thriving students at a nearby dual language elementary school. Mi Escuelita is (in my opinion) the best preschool / day care center in town!”
