This is my favorite trail to use in the area! It has a lot of routes to explore, both on the main trail and on smaller side trails. It is well-used, and while it can get rocky, it is not so rocky as to be too dangerous! A great place for a stroll with a friend, a run, walking a dog, a family outing, or riding a bike.

The parking spots near this gate is not enough. You have to park along the road side. The park is quiet. So quiet that I think I am the only one in the world. After the trail seemingly end, you could find a tiny trail that lead you to a river. Really nice clean water and both banks. The trip is quite short if you walk fast then you could reach the river in 10 min or less. Keywords: kids love it; water; quiet; not too long.

Seriously, my new favorite trail to walk with the pups. Easy walking, but has roots and rocks. Gentle incline and decline. You can get your heart rate up at a fast pace and challenge your footwork down by the river. Beautiful and peaceful.

Excellent trails. Some scrambling along the river section, but nothing too outrageous. Some sections of the trail are gravel, but most are natural. Roots and rocks on natural sections. Good babbling brook action, looking forward to hiking this trail in the springtime when the rhododendrons are blooming!! Opportunités to forage a little wild dill if that’s what you’re into!!!
