Kelly came down for our wedding ceremony and reception in Tacoma. She was wonderful to work with every step of the way. She totally nailed my style, the color scheme and flower types.

She dropped off wire hair flowers and the groom boutonnière in the morning, went to the ceremony to set up our location, then went to our reception hall to set up there. Everything was gorgeous.
Her hard work in preparing and the day of the event meant everything went seamlessly. There’s so much to do when planning a wedding and knowing that the flowers were all in her capable hands was a huge relief.

Kelly made this one of the best ordering experiences I’ve ever had. She walked me through a custom care package and made sure it fit the preferences of my friend. She wrote a beautiful hand written note and added a rose free of charge to make the gift really beautiful. She delivered the gift promptly and sent me a photo - she was extremely communicative via text as well!

I would highly recommend The Botanical Company for a quick and thoughtful gift or flower delivery. Very impressed all around.

I've been emailing The Botanical Company for a few weeks for some wedding arrangements. They have been AMAZING. I emailed them on a Saturday, had an invoice by Sunday, and have changed my mind a couple of times along the way, and they have been so kind and accommodating. They're seriously so wonderful. I cannot say enough amazing things about Seattle Botanical Company's flowers! My mom was over the moon she was so happy to receive these beauties. She told me they were the prettiest flower delivery she had ever received. Being away from family on big occasions like birthdays & holidays can be hard, but boy did this delivery sure make her day! The delivery went off without a hitch and they actually caught her in the driveway and wished her a happy birthday. They also upgraded my card to a handwritten note when they saw it was for my mom's birthday. They really pay attention to every little detail. Thank you! My new go-to florist for the Seattle area!
