I lived at 50Twenty for one year. Nice space and walk-in closet. Some experiences were good, some not as much. Some maintenance staff were great, some could have used additional training. Sad that short term extensions were so expensive, since I had already lived there for a full lease, just needed a little extra time as I was trying to purchase a house.

Sort term lease while building a house -- highly recommend for dog owners! Convenient location with easy access to beltline and interstates. Very responsive and helpful maintenance and office staff -- any issues addressed quickly and efficiently. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

We lived here for two years and it was great! It is a very dog friendly community with lots of dog stations. The management team is very responsive and adamant about keeping the grounds clean and beautiful. The maintenance crew is extremely friendly and was always quick to fix any issues that we had. One of the best things about this area is it is so quick to get on the highway to get to work or head out on vacation. This is a booming area and new apartment buildings are going up so it is getting a little too "busy" for us, but that is nothing against the management team. Additionally there seem to be a lot of families moving in which is great for them, but not so great for people who work from home part time and hear children running around the halls. The crew does their best to make phone calls to the parents but you can't stop every kid from screaming in the halls.

Good service from friendly people but prices are much higher than other cleaners I’ve been to. Paid $30 for 2 articles of clothing- a casual-ish dress and semi-formal jumpsuit.

Over 50 years of experience serving Hillsborough! And it is personal! He had met me once, and was getting my things out before I walked in the door!

Always the nicest, and most genuine folks who own this business. I drive a little extra because of this. It feels nice and right to support them. Never a problem. Top notch.
