This has to be one of the best trainers I have ever had! Knowledgeable and demands results from himself and those he trains. Not just smart when it comes to exercising but also nutrition. Got me to break a plateau that that i have been trying to break for a very long time. Inventive exercise equipment and routines. If your going to try a trainer i say you start with this one.
Great trainer! High energy and great personality, he really goes above and beyond to help motivate and train. Would recommend, especially for those interested in martial arts.
