“It’s not often I feel really good and comforted about medical experiences. The two practitioners I saw were top-notch. Unfortunately, I had to go twice in one week for different parts of my body, with two different practitioners. I saw Jennie Woody NP, and Jaqueline Myers NP. They were both amazing. They gave me as much time as I needed, were super competent, super friendly, incredibly helpful and responsive when I messaged through the UNC portal. I believe Kim was their nurse/assistant and she was also wonderful. Even the x-ray tech was fantastic (sorry, I can’t remember his name). And they x-ray onsite, only taking minutes during your appt. I got in fairly quickly and they went above and beyond to help me with my issue. You can tell they care and want to help you resolve whatever is going on. I know burnout is all over in the medical profession and I’m sure they’re overworked but it doesn’t show. Thank you for making a really upsetting and stressful life thing so much easier by caring and giving me a little of your time – it made all the difference for me.”
