Donald and an employee came to my home, measured, measured again to be sure everything was correct and informed me he would get a quote to back as soon as possible. He did exactly that and explained he hoped to have it by a certain date. It was delayed, but he called to let me know. Upon installation, they were very careful everything was just right.
