“Tucked away behind an old antique shop is a coffee cabin with plenty of open air seating and beautiful views of the NC forest. Grab a coffee/tea and a pastry and head on down the trail to your secluded coffee zen. Covered seating and heaters are available for the heat and the cold. I went in mid autumn and it couldn't have been more picturesque. The coffee was good and the pastries were fine if a bit stale. I will definitely be coming back here.”

“Best experience at the Tarheel Pharmacy. Wanted to get my covid booster before travel cross country but no availability at all the bigger drugstores in town. I called here and they said they would be happy to give me the vaccine and to come in anytime while they were open. The paperwork was easy and quick, the people who work there were all friendly and efficient, and the pharmacist gave me my immunization within a few minutes of my arrival. They picked up the furniture from 3 different locations and brought it back to one with a fun, great attitude and many smiles and laughter. I can’t say enough about these people! “I commissioned Cher to make three identical stained glass panels for my family that would be a replica of a cherished childhood Christmas poster we love and I cannot recommend her enough. Words cannot express how BEAUTIFULLY the panels came out!!! I was in tears. It looks JUST like the poster, only improved through Cher's artistry and attention to detail. They are magnificent! The colored glass that was chosen is absolutely perfect and so beautiful, and her foiling and soldering abilities are top notch. She made us a custom frame around the panels so we can hang them and I cannot wait to give them to my family! Cher walked me through the whole process via e-mail and pickup was super easy.
