This was my second visit with Holly, and I am still absolutely blown away with how considerate, polite, and generous her and her staff are. The knowledge Holly happily shares about any and all subjects is a highlight for me. My cut is perfection, and the uplifting you get makes you feel like you’ve floated out the door. 10000/10

Wonderful experience! Holly was very understanding with me as I wanted a big hair transformation with a lot of ideas. She was able to come up with something that integrated it all together. I felt very listened to, which is something I haven’t experienced at many of the other salons I’ve visited in town. It was such a lux experience too. Definitely would recommend.

Attention to detail, personal attention, listens to hear and deliver. Professional. No gossip, no drama salon. Will take the time to explain what, why and how. If you are looking for an upscale hair experience in little Elizabeth City this is your home.

I have been struggling to find the right salon for my needs for years! I’ve always had bold and big hair goals and Diana at Fringe made it all happen! From the beginning of my appointment she listened to my ideas and was able to suggest styles and colors to achieve the look I wanted. The ambience of the salon is super chill and they even have a record room! I can safely say that this is now my go to place and I can’t wait for my next appointment! 😊👍 I highly recommend this salon and Diana if you’re looking for professional fantasy colors and cuts.
