“1/10/2023 I visited the urgent care section for an appointment to see a doctor for some post covid health issues. Although they were not accepting new patients at this time, I live seasonally in Hertford and was offered an urgent care appointment the next day. The office was clean and well-run and staff helpful. Dr Samantha Furia and her assistant were professional, knowledgeable and met my needs during the appointment. I am very selective with my medical provider choices, and Dr Furia was everything I look for in a medical provider. Very thankful for her care and now feel comfortable that I found great competent medical care close to my winter home!”

“Absolutely wonderful, caring, knowledgeable Doctor and Nurses that work here....BUT, my appointment was at 1:05pm, I didn't go back until 2:30pm, procedure didn't start until after 3:00pm, and I didn't get out of there until 4:30pm and that is with no procedural complications. So while everything was wonderful procedural wise, and Doctors/Nurses wise, something needs to be done with scheduling so it goes smoother, and the wait isn't ridiculous like it is. You have an appointment for a reason, you should be back and ready to rock around that time! Leave more room between procedures and appointments and everything will run a lot better. Waiting that long when you have an appointment time is not good.”
