Palace Pointe

We had a Great time bowling!!! Arcade was good. Some games need repair. We tried to get meals at the City Diner but after almost 1 1/2 hours of waiting we cancelled our order. We understand that Palace Point has been open only abt 2 1/2 months now & getting help seems to be difficult. I hope as time goes on, it will improve. It IS nice to have this place back up & running again!! Don't give up!! We need a place to take our kids, but us "young folk" like to have a place too! Thank you! 🤩

I love this place so many wonderful options! Mary (manager I believe)was the most wonderful person there and was able to interact and is very passionate about her job and the place! You don’t find people like her very often. Will be returning for sure!

Only giving this 4 stars because the teen employees that are working were constantly on cell phones. Some not so great on communication skills with response to how are you’s or working the prize counter. Would love to see them more outgoing and engaging with people coming in.

Everything a kid would want to play in one place was awesome for my daughter. 2 hours bowling for 20.00. Cant beat that.. They should have a bar with at least beer while bowling and playing pool. Make it fun for adults as well.
