“I went to person memorial on Feb 12th in bad shape. My throat was almost closed, but by the quick and caring attention that was administered by the ER staff I was feeling better in a few hours. PA, Nadine McGraw and the nursing staff were awesome. I felt like they really cared about my well being because they showed compassion as well as determination. I want to thank you all so much for my care because there were some really scary moments for me but I was reassured that you all wouldn't quit until I was better....thank you again I am forever grateful.... “Customer service here is great. As a new client Nikki had been speaking with my husband and so kindly waited for me to get off work . Now Nikki had no problem going over all the insurance information with me. This was greatly appreciated . After the initial visit she gave us time to absorb and research . My husband came back to find Nikki out of the office but we were not just left to wait . Most places would have said wait til she comes back however my husband met Marisa . With getting down to the end of the year we needed things to be put in place for our family. Marisa finished up the necessary paperwork and it appears that all is covered.
