(February 17, 2018, 2:30 pm)Took my inexpensive yet sentimentaly priceless mother's ring to Gray's last week. They fixed a loose stone and reshaped the band for an extremely reasonable price and shined it up like new. I had never set foot in this store before but was immediately treated like an old friend as soon as I walked in. Will definitely go back to Gray's for any of my future jewelry needs!
(March 7, 2016, 9:22 pm)Extremely knowledgable and helpful! I took my grandmother's 80 year wedding ring set and birthstone ring to have them fixed up to look like new. I will definitely travel the distance from Winston-Salem to Archdale because these are the best jewelers I have ever found!
