It is a decent place to work for the money. For the most part I enjoy working with the residents there. Though they are just a little biased with pay rates for some more than others the standard isn't really there.

This building is beautiful and the views outside the building are stunning especially the view of the mountains from some windows. The staff are compassionate and caring as well. You get treated with respect and dignity at all times. The administrator is very knowledgeable having years of experience and is very personable with staff as well as Residents. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a nursing home, to take them here.

The center that has a HEART. The staff at Woodland Hill Center are professional and kind to all the residents and family. When talking to Alyssa, the administrator of the building, I was very surprised she cared so deeply about her job and was very knowledgeable about nursing homes and helped answer all my questions. Getting to know her, I considered her family and found out that she worked in almost every job that there is in nursing homes, so she has an aspect that most administrators don’t have. (18+ years in it) Jennifer the head nurse was great and was there for me when I needed anything. Jennifer and the staff was very helpful to my needs and was more then willing to stop and take the time to be there for me. I can go on and on about the people at the building and how they treated me and my family as part of their family. Just take the time to call them if you are considering which nursing home. I wasn’t afraid to make a call to them and you shouldn’t be either. You won’t be disappointed. They are my family now and I’m sure you will see them this way also.
