(May 3, 2020, 3:24 pm)When our basement flooded Carpet Plus was at our home within hours of us calling in and requesting emergency help to extract the water from our basement carpet. The carpet and matting was pulled back and fans where deployed to dry all the moisture out of the material. Once it was finished drying properly, Rick pulled and stretched the carpet back into place as if nothing had ever happened. I am extremely pleased with Carpet Plus Service and will recommend them to everybody looking for professional, clean, honest work!
