Katy England and her staff (Steven and Sherry) are top notch! Thank you for the many years of great customer service and always answering the phone.
So I gave Katy's office a chance again. I am so happy I did! They are super helpful and explained things to me in such a way that it made my purchasing experience so delightful! If you are looking for auto or renters insurance give them a call!!!
One day last year I stopped by to pay my bill and Katy England met me at my truck...she said she thought I was a different customer that had a truck like mine... that gentleman has difficulty getting out of his truck and she walked out so he wouldn't have to get out....now that is service!!
