Steve and the crew have been absolutely awesome to work with. From renting our unit from out of state, to up sizing our unit with ease, to changing units for a better location, everything has been so easy. The facilities are very clean. Lights in the unit are very convenient for when it's dark outside. This is the second time we have used this facility and once again, I am very pleased. Definitely recommend.

Steven at Extra Space Storage in Yukon is amazing to work with. My husband and I just completed a difficult cross country move, and Steven went above and beyond to make the last part of our move seamless.

Jamie was amazing and answered all of our questions! We had a ton of stuff we had to store until our home was ready to move into and she navigated the way seamlessly. Moving is very stressful and the other companies we checked in with really could care less. Jamie went above and beyond and made a stressful time in our life seem effortless and doable. Their facility is clean and well run. I highly recommend!

Great people in the office I have 6 spots here and the office personnel at this location are always willing to help me find what I need. Only two complaints one unfortunately did have a port on my trailer stolen. They cost me 500 bucks. No one from upper management was willing to compensate me or reach out and apologize and maybe give me a discounted rate for a month my second complaint is upper management doesn’t give multi unit discounts. I have six units that I pay automatically on time every month. I’ve had things here for 2 1/2 years rates go up periodically but never a discount. Other than that office personnel is great, but keep the property clean always willing to help but their hands are tied on doing anything for the customer due to upper management not allowing him any of that.
