  Loved this place. Fine chopped pork bbq plate. Hush puppies were the best I’ve ever had - I’m not alone, voted best in NC. Sauce was vinegar based - I had the spicy - delicious. Pinto beans with raw onions were awesome. Finished it off with vanilla pudding. They don’t have a website - so you have to just go in. Totally worth it!

  Bar-B-Que at the right taste! I generally get take out every other weekend on Friday evening at this great restaurant. And, I'm always happy with my decision to go here. I have tried several items on the menu. And, never disappointed by any of their items. The fine friendly staff take care of their customers!

  Staff were really friendly and it's an old fashioned joint. Food was decent, nothing to really write home about, but definitely pretty unique. The slaw wasn't quite my cup of tea, but the pork (which is primarily what every main course appears to consist of) was tasty, but far from the best I've ever had (that title goes to Texas BBQ favorite "Sideways BBQ" in Rockwall, TX).
  
  I also may have tarnished my own experience by ordering it Coarse Chopped, since I didn't realize that meant "minced pork", so that really gave my a little bit of a dog food style experience in term of texture. 🤦🏻‍♂️
  
  Either way, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either, just right in the middle of the road, or "mid" as Gen Xer's might say. 👴🏼
  
  The hush puppies are slammin' though! Definitely get some of those if you're here, and maybe try their BBQ Beef ribs, those looked pretty good.

  I tell you i haven’t had some good tender beef ribs like that in a long time and the hush puppies was amazing and I usually don’t like them but Henry’s change my mind only if I lived NC I would get them everyday definitely a great spot
