I don't usually write reviews but Ross deserves it. I had called numerous people to get help with my dryer & nobody would help me. Ross came out the next day on time & worked in the cold rain to put a new line in for my dryer. He did an excellent job & I would highly recommend him.

Ross does an excellent job from start to finish. Convenient estimate, great communication, professional advice and design recommendations, strives to minimize any customer inconvenience, quality work and a great end result.

My husband and I were purchasing a new home, and needed a few projects done so that we could put our old home on the market. Our biggest project was to rip up all the carpet and flooring on our main level and replace with Ross quoted us a fair price and with engineered hardwood. The quote he gave was a fair quote, the project was completed on schedule and the floor looked phenomenal. We could not have been more pleased with the results. Our home was on the market and sold in less than 24 hours, and I wholeheartedly believe that the floors played a huge role in our home selling so quickly.
The Conovers are great people, in general, and have been very fair, respectful and efficient.
We were so happy with the work completed that we requested some work done on our new home. We had our covered porch enclosed into a screened-in porch, stained, and a separate set of stairs and decking added to the side of our home to allow for direct access to our walkout basement from the outside of our home. Again, the work was completed, as scheduled, the pricing was fair and the results were beautiful. We could not be happier!
