NextCare Urgent Care

Check in was easy, receptionist was welcoming. The nurse and provider were both friendly and helpful. The provider had the best bedside manner. I was pleased with my visit since I was not able to see my PCP.

Diane (I hope I spelled that right) up front, was so helpful today. I had to take my son quickly and did not grab his insurance card. I told her I was willing to pay cash no problem but she took the time to go above and beyond to look it up, and it didn't cost me the $160. It really meant alot right here during the holidays for someone to go out of their way to help out. Whole visit went quick and easy.

I highly recommend this place of business...daughter was a first time patient. After signing in and completing the new patient process, we were in and out in no time. My daughter needed a physical and her doctor's office which is in Eden also..3min up the road, wanted to charge me 100$ for a physical because there was an issue with her insurance card, so we left there and I did a search on "Urgent Care"...came across "Next Care" and so we headed in that direction..a physical there is only 25$..From the time we got there, til the time we left..from the receptionist who signed us in, to Dr Jacoby(I think that was his name)...he was really nice..it was truly a good experience..my daughter even said "mama I think we got us a new Urgent Care"..and I agree!

Amazing experience start to finish. Staff were all very kind and eager to help. Every single staff member my daughter and I seen yesterday were the absolute best anyone could ask for in a care team. Thank you all for such a positive experience! ( the shortest wait time of any office I've ever been to definitely sweetened the visit) 😊
